We provide Revit Drafting Services for each design phase — Schematic Design (SD), Design Development (DD) and Construction Document (CD) — developing 2D CAD drawings in Revit & AutoCAD per country-specific standards, code compliance and design intent, incorporating markups and red-lines as the design progresses.
In Schematic Design, we produce 2D and 3D drawings — floor plans, generic openings and fixtures, exterior elevations, building sections and typical wall sections — giving the project idea its first graphical shape. In Design Development, we finalize the design decisions: detailed dimensions, structural grids, interior wall dimensions, elevations with finishes, wall sections, quantity take-offs and cost estimation. In Construction Documents, we deliver fully annotated, construction-ready drawings and models — Architectural, Structural, MEP and Landscape — incorporating every change from design intent and clash resolution.
We work to the AIA's Level of Development (LOD) standard throughout: LOD 100 marks a design's existence as 2D symbols and massing; LOD 200 approximates quantity, size, shape and location; LOD 300 defines exact dimensions and position; LOD 350 adds how elements connect to one another; LOD 400 covers construction detail; and LOD 500 represents how elements actually function in the real, built building.
