Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Landscape development, grading and technical documentation for Al Numan Island, a centrepiece of AMAALA — an exclusive, art-focused destination of resorts, residences and cultural buildings.
AMAALA, part of the wider Red Sea Project, is conceived as the most luxurious of the strategic tourism projects planned for Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea coast, with the Al Numan Island resorts forming one of its centrepieces.
The island brings together three island resorts and two village hotels, north and south marina villages with condominiums, retail and F&B, country club estates, a yacht and beach club, and a cultural public realm that includes sunken and rock art galleries, a multi-purpose performing arts venue, a flower and perfume gallery, and a mosque.
